What we collect

• QuotesEvery delivered price we show is saved with the product, tonnes, truck, delivery address and how it was worked out, so we can honour and check it.
• Your details, only when you give themYour email when you ask us to email a quote; your name, phone and delivery details when you hold a price, order or apply for a trade account.
• Marketing choiceWhether you ticked the box to receive product news and prices, and when.

How we use it

To send what you asked for, quote and deliver your order, invoice you, and follow up on a quote you asked us to email. We only send product news and prices if you ticked the box, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

The haulier and quarry handling your delivery get what they need to do it (delivery address, contact for the day). Our service providers store and process it for us: Supabase (database, Sydney), Cloudflare (website and email), Google Maps (address lookup and routes). We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop marketing emails, at any time: email will@townsendms.com or call 0423 066 648. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
