About Quarry Direct
Built by quarry people, for quarries and the people who buy from them.
Quarry Direct brings quarry management, production, sales and delivery into one business. The model was built and proven at Bathurst Quarries in Central West NSW, a family-owned operation that is our first partner site.
The approach comes from Lean and continuous improvement: standard work, measured processes and a closed loop on every issue. The same system runs at every site we manage, which is what lets it scale.
Our management director is a registered statutory quarry manager and a pilot, able to reach any site in NSW within a couple of hours.
